Miscommunication at its finest
The pool was the highlight. The kids couldn't wait to dive in after a long drive. It was a welcome sight!
The hassle of being charged as a no-show was frustrating, especially when I wanted to extend my stay. It added a cloud over the visit.

The venue was in a remote location next to restsurants and the fast food eateries, gas station and the 0700 ferry. The rooms were updated and well-equipped, included central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The bathroom was clean...

great access to parks and attractions for city wanderers
I loved how this place was perfectly situated for city strolls, with the Greater Vancouver Zoo just a short 2 km away and great spots like Driediger Farms Market less than 7 km from the hotel, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy some fresh air alongside the beautiful sights.

We had an excellent stay at this family-run hotel. Came with our kids, everything was great. The employees were outstandingly accommodating. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, right by the fast food eateries, gas station, and Langley and easily accessible. It also was in walking distance to restsurants.

A Nice Family Stay with Fun Amenities!
The kids loved the indoor pool, though it was a bit busy. To make the most of it, we visited the on-site restaurant for a delicious breakfast.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the 0700 ferry, the fast food eateries, gas station and the greater vancouver zoo. Had central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in my queen room.

Comfortable bed
Mice - and not just the one we saw entering just before us - they have been there for a while because the front desk was all chewed through right by the front door access. I didn't think it was right for other guests dogs to be in the breakfast area - made me feel like the breakfast area had to be dirty - you know mice will play...we didn't like the way any of this was handled by either desk clerk - they just shrugged both events off with a chuckle...I Would have liked a discount or something...won't ever stay again - stayed there just after it opened a couple years ago and it was very nice - suprised how run down it got so fast...other guests were suprised by how early the breakfast nook closed - I don't think they will be giving a good review either.

The hotel had a nice indoor pool and a fitness center that we enjoyed. We visited the Greater Vancouver Zoo and Fort Wine Company, both were amazing! The staff was attentive.
The manager's behavior was totally uncalled for and affected their experience.

The stay here was excellent! /////There is only one thing, We needed to do our activities downtown and decided on asking the front desk if there was a closer Super 8 . The office staff was cordial and friendly, They said there was the Airport Super 8. All I ask is that if anyone else asks that question please do not send them to the Airport Super 8 without a warning because it was awful! Errol Schmierer

I recently stayed overnight in a king suite and was pleased with the spaciousness for my family. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. the air conditioning was off upon arrival, which made our welcome quite uncomfortable.

Family with kids need to check this out
The staff were really good, they brought extra towels and supplies when we asked without any hesitation. The room was surprisingly spacious, with a good setup for a family of four.
Not super cheap but decent for the amenities provided.
